Quality : Very high quality, not like those other merino t-shirts that are mostly see-through. Can wear it casually and at work without issues.
Sizing and fit : I am usually an M but had to buy an S. I ordered the "Classic" first but the loose fit was not really flattering. The "Fitted" one was perfect though! The arms are slightly tight but my arms are a bit big compared to the rest of my body.
Now I'm thinking of buying the off white one as well...
